About the laboratory

The activities of the research and training laboratory of corporate finance are focused on research, education, scientific and educational and communication activities.

Key directions of the research and training laboratory of corporate finance: financing policy, efficiency of mergers and other acquisitions of companies, financial architecture of companies.

Today, the research and training laboratory includes: the center for financial databases, the HSE and Springer book series, publications of research results and projects in leading Russian and foreign journals, the international scientific journal "Journal of Corporate Finance Research", international cooperation is expressed in reports at international conferences, joint research with partner universities, and applied projects with international companies.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
